Retours and claims

Our clients have the right to return the products purchased on our website within 14 days.

The returned products must be in original packaging and should not be used. You should add the original or copy of the invoice and mark items to be returned in case you want to return only part of your purchase.

Send us an email to service@d-b-m.pl with the following information:

1. Name or customer ID
2. Phone number
3. Invoice number
4. Products you want to return
5. Account number in order to reimburse your money (in case you paid with credit card the reimbursement will be done to the same credit card)

The costs of returning the products are not refundable.

The right to return the products is only valid for clients who are final consumers. If you have purchased the products as an entrepreneur you cannot exercise this right.
